Marinated bonito sashimi

Adding a little effort to simple bonito sashimi turns it into a delicious meal. Bonito sashimi can be enjoyed when marinated even though you don’t like the smell of it.
Ingredients For two people
Bonito sashimi (raw) 200g
Onion 1/4 (50g)
Garlic 1 piece (5g)
Dried kelp 5x5 cm
Water 100ml
Soy sauce 50ml
Mirin seasoning 30ml
Marinated bonito sashimi
- 1 Strip bonito sashimi into 5mm width. Cut onions thinly. Grate the garlic. Wipe dried kelp with wet paper towel to remove dust, and cut thinly with scissors.
- 2 Mix kelp, water, soy sauce, mirin seasoning and garlic in an airtight container, and place in the bonito and onion before covering it. Leave in a fridge for 3 hours.
