The two-day festival had approximately 220,000 visitors in total.
We had some workshops as well as did the quiz regarding secrets of Japanese cuisine
and attracted a wide range of participants during the event.
The participants showed strong interests in each topic and listened lectures intently,
gaining in great popularity among the JVF booths.
They also enjoyed tasting of Japanese dashi and green tea !
Japan Vietnam Festival (JVF) in Ho Chi Min were held on Nov 19 and 20 !
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) run the booth to promote Japanese culinary and culture at the JVF 2016.
