Agreement

I assure of the accuracy of the information on my store, and agree to the following:

1. Under the Copyrights Law of Japan (Act No. 48 of Year 1970), I agree to voluntarily assign all the copyrights of the works that I am providing including photos, information, etc. (including rights regulated under Article 27 and 28 of the Copyrights Law) to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries at the time of the transfer of the works, and I will not exercise the Moral Right of an author to the use of such works by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and its contractors.
2. I assure that you have a legitimate right to provide the photos, information, etc., and that the provision and posting of such photos, information, etc. onto the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and relevant media does not violate any rights of third parties including the intellectual property rights, the rights of portrait, etc.
3. I guarantee that the provision of the photos and information and the posting of them to the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and relevant media do not violate any laws of Japan and countries that the store is located.
4. I agree to report any amendments in the information and photos of my stores that I present to the office, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and its contractors do not bear any responsibilities for damage and/or losses due to the old information remaining on the website until new information is updated.
5. We have assigned staff to protect the provided personal information (contact name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) against illegal access, loss, and unauthorized disclosure. We are proactively implementing security measures relating to the provided information. We will not disclose any of the collected information without the consent of the provider(s) of said information.

With regard to the handling of collected information, I consent to the following:

2. Management of individual and business users' information
